MY INSPIRING BESTIE & MY BEAUTIFUL NAN
Hello everyone, I have my salon opening coming up on the 13th October!! I wanted it to be a fun night and invite all my clients, friends and family to celebrate as this has been a dream of mine since I have been little! I didn't want it to be just for self promotion and promotion of the business. It's people who get you where you are and I couldn't do this without all of you! There are two people who have made me think differently about my life and go out there and achieve my goals. The first is one of my best friends Beccy. As some of you may know she has recently fought and beaten breast cancer! She has been so strong throughout it and I don't think she even knows how inspirational she is. True Girl power! Second is my amazing Nan who I sadly lost a few years ago, she was there inspiring me and looking after me while I grew up and I miss her every day! These people Are the reason I have chosen support Cancer Research at my salon opening. Cancer is something that inflicts many people, every two minutes in the U.K. someone is diagnosed with cancer and there have been 359,960 new cases of cancer In the U.K. just this year. At my salon opening and online via this page I will be doing a charity raffle to support Cancer research. We have some amazing donations by some talented people and kind business's! CAUSE
Breast cancer
With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
