My Story
Everyone knows someone who’s life has been affected by cancer, for me it was my Nan. She was a truly amazing woman and I aspire to be as strong as she was. She put up a fight against cancer for 7 years but sadly passed away in 2007, not a day goes by where my family and I don’t think about her. I’m racing so that cancer research can help people beat cancer, so families don’t have to lose loved ones and that people that have cancer can live the life they deserve.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
