My Story
Me and my mum are taking part in Race for Life in the memory of our beautiful friend, Donna Hatton. Donna was a fantastic person, with a zest for life and such an inspirational kindness for everyone who knew her. She sadly passed away last October, aged just 38. We are raising as much as we can in her memory, to help others fighting this awful disease. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
