In memory of those we've lost; encouraged by Lytham Tae Kwon-Do: kicking cancer's butt!

My Story

All the menfolk in our family have learnt Tae Kwon-Do, with Matthew being the most recent starter last month. When Lytham Tae Kwon-Do mentioned a team effort at Race for Life, M and I decided to do it together, as Ethan and I did a few years ago. Matthew wants to run the race, so that it will be over sooner: the 'joy' I have for running has obviously rubbed off on him!! Any donation towards beating cancer is gratefully received. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
