My Story
As so many of my friends and family are aware - my amazing, strong, beautiful mum lost her battle with cancer almost 12 years ago, aged only 43 years. She was and will always continue to be my inspiration and motivation behind everything I have done and everything I will do in the future. She is the person who has made me the woman I am today. If I become half the mother to my boys that she was to me, my boys will be very lucky. They will never get to meet there nanny, and that is cancers fault. They will know and be told how much she would of loved them - so although cancer took her, it will never take her memory. I run this year, as I have in so many previous years, to say "up yours cancer". RIP mum/nanny ❤️
