My Dad, Ian Mott, who fought hard to try and beat Lymphoma
My Dad agreed to treatment, for his Non Hodgkin Lymphoma, that was risky at his age because he knew that in the long run it would help research. He would've wanted his death to help others. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there. Leukaemia
Five-year survival rates for leukaemia have more than tripled in the last 40 years. But despite this progress, around 4,600 people still lose their lives to the disease every year. Almost a third of all cancers diagnosed in children are leukaemia. Your donation can help Cancer Research UK find better treatments and new ways to prevent the disease in adults and children.
