My Motivation..... My Superstar Auntie Suzie! The bravest woman I know xx
Last year my family received the most devastating news… my gorgeous auntie Suzie was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour and she needed to have urgent brain surgery. Throughout all the hospital appointments, scans, meetings with consultants, the surgery itself to remove the tumour and horrendous side effects, our Suzie has been an absolute inspiration and tower of strength. She has fought this with such grace and determination. She now faces the next challenge of proton radiotherapy and a long stint in America, as this treatment is yet not available in the UK. Without research into cancer treatments and cures my Auntie would not have been able to have this intricate, technical, life changing procedure. I am hoping to raise money for cancer research to help people going through similar experiences and to hopefully find more treatments and cures for cancers. I would be very appreciative of any amount you can spare to donate and sponsor me to complete race for life. No matter how big or small, every penny will help. Today more and more people are surviving cancer, lets pull together to help make more changes for all our futures. Everyone at some point is touched by cancer…..lets help to kick its butt xx Thank you xx Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
