Dad was a strong man, never ill, a boxer in his youth. In later years cancer took hold and after 3 years of fighting it eventually took his life when he died of lung cancer. He kept his pain and suffering to himself staying strong to the end but we watched this proud man deteriorate over time and when he passed he was a shadow of his former self. Lots of families have gone/are going through the same experience research is important to help stamp out this terrible disease, walk all over cancer ?
