Cwpwl o fy ffrindiau pennaf a'u teuluoedd wedi cael eu heffeithio gan gancr yn ddiweddar. Felly (er gwaetha'r hen bengliniau!) dwi'n bwriadu rhedeg Hanner Marathon Caerdydd er mwyn hel pres at achos da. Byswni'n wir gwerthfawrogi tasa chi'n medru cyfrannu. Diolch. Gaff. A couple of my closest friends and their families have been affected by cancer recently. So (despite my rickety old knees!) I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for a good cause. I would really appreciate if you could contribute. Thanks. Gaff.
