Amazed by the courage & strength of those who have fought cancer, & those who are still fighting it
My Story
Hello all.... I realise everyone does what they can for all kinds of charities but if anyone can spare a couple of ££'s to put towards a very worthy cause it would be so appreciated! As I'm sure many of you do, I have family that have sadly lost their battle (Grandad) and those that have won (Hector) and now one of my very good friends is currently fighting cancer (and doing a bloody good job too!) She is one of the bravest people I know, so me and some of my local friends are running 10K in Crystal Palace in July for Cancer Research... I've not run this far in a very long time so I'm a little scared of the challenge... have you seen those hills in Crystal Palace..... gulp! Many thanks for reading this.. and please donate if you can! xx Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
