My Story
Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. A couple of years ago someone who is very near and dear to me was diagnosed with cancer. Thanks to research, the doctor was able to detect it early, before it had a chance to get a hold and spread. Thanks to research, the doctors were able to treat it effectively and the cancer has gone... for now. Thanks to research, I am lucky enough to enjoy the company of my nearest and dearest for many more years! Not everyone is that lucky! That is why I choose to support Cancer Research UK, to rid us of this vile and cruel disease FOREVER!!! This September, before the end of the month, I will complete 300 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK. I will be pedalling harder than ever because I want to raise money for life-saving research and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
