Ann Edie and Janet McCracken
My Story
I've listed just two important people who died of cancer - my husband's Mum, Ann, who died when he was 10 years old (1992) and my Aunt Janet, who died 11 years ago (17/12/09). Both these women were vibrant, amazing women and both died of cancer - one of breast cancer and the other of bowel. During this pandemic less and less money is being raised for Cancer Research so I just want to do my bit to help find a cure for this awful disease.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
