I want to do my bit to fight back at Cancer whilst pushing myself to walk 22 miles.

Training has certainly started. We’ve walked another 4 miles today but now need to get a serious 10 mile walk to build up to the big hike. Feeling great 10 miles walked on Sunday, legs felt tired but not as bad as I expected. The gym this week then another 10 miles this weekend, thanks for all your support.
I’ve been enjoying the Preston Park Run on a Saturday morning to help with my training and also some Pilates which has been interesting.

What a fantastic day it was. 22 miles of gruesome climbs and descents but with beautiful views and the most gorgeous of people. It was an emotional rollercoaster along the way with plenty of blisters but well worth it. Well done CR UK what a great event.
