My Story
Training has certainly started. We’ve walked another 4 miles today but now need to get a serious 10 mile walk to build up to the big hike. Feeling great 10 miles walked on Sunday, legs felt tired but not as bad as I expected. The gym this week then another 10 miles this weekend, thanks for all your support. I’ve been enjoying the Preston Park Run on a Saturday morning to help with my training and also some Pilates which has been interesting.
