My Story
I have taken part in race for life many times since losing my mum in 2011. Even last year when i had to do race for life on my own round Sutton Park (thanks Covid). Hopefully this year the event will be back to normal. Its a really good day but very emotional and I still burst into tears every time i do the event! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
