On Sunday 21st I will take part in the 10k Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. On Sunday 21st I will run the 10k for cancer. Anyone who knows me will know It’s a rare sight to see me run across the road nevermind over 6 miles but all for a great cause! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and this is something very close to my heart. I’ve seen first hand my own mum diagnosed with breast cancer and then advanced lung cancer. My mum has been very lucky to have beaten and survived both cancers however this is not the case for everyone which is why myself and many others have had to say goodbye to friends and family far too early in life. Any money you can afford to donate will go directly to cancer research to help improve survival rates. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 Lots of love, Ali Xx
