During lock down I have challenged myself to complete couch to 5k with my friend Aimee. The week of race for life will be our 9th and final week of the challenge, meaning that we can run a 5k continuously! We wanted to run 5k for Race for life as it is a great opportunity to raise some money for a very worthwhile cause, that is close to mine and my families hearts. Coming from a family with a history of cancer, I appreciate just how tough cancer can be for individuals and their families. I want to play my part in tackling cancer and every contribution, no matter how small, will help that! Thank you in advance for any donations!
