Alice’s Oxford Half with OUOTC!
Following the death of my granny in January 2019 to bowel cancer, and my lovely mum only four months later to advanced breast cancer, had cumulatively created a new impetus to raise money to help end this gruelling disease; whilst seriously challenging myself and my team mates! (Most of us are not natural runners, so this will be testing both mentally and physically!). For those also unaware to what an UOTC is - we are a university officer training corps based in Oxford, who engage in weekly leadership, military and social activities! This is a team effort for my mum, and every family who has been/ still is affected by cancer - a disease which is utterly unforgiving and does not discriminate. Any donations, no matter how big or small, are massively appreciated for this hugely personal cause. Thank you! X
