My Story
My friends and i are taking part because cancer is happening right now and to people we love.... Last year some of our parents did a Tough Mudder and it looked brilliant so we really wanted to do one too. At the time we didn't know why they did the TM, just that it looked fun. One of our friends' mum has cancer. She was first diagnosed in July 2017. Just before Christmas it spread and now its unlikely she'll see another Christmas. My friend shouldn't have to lose her mummy so soon. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
