My Story
This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, exercising every day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured by sponsoring me. I won’t be breaking records, running marathons, or anything too energetic but in my current unfit state I’m sure to get sweaty whatever I attempt. I’ll try not to bore you daily but an occasional update for accountability should appear. If you’d like to donate, great. If not, no sweat, I’m doing this for me and will ensure target is reached or surpassed. Thinking of those close to me who have battled cancer and lost, those who continue to battle and for those who have won - May our numbers infinitely increase

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
