I'm taking on a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to help fight cancer!
From viewing cancer as a distant enemy to it being too close to home. Cancer is a tough one and it's easy to feel helpless as you watch your loved ones deal with it, which is why I'm doing this! At the moment, cancer is scary, and it'd be great to reach the point where it becomes as treatable for everyone as a simple infection. I'm hoping to raise money to help make this happen as well as helping to fund the support patients and loved ones need and deserve in the meantime. Also, what a great reason for myself and my best friend to get to the gym, keep ourselves healthy and get through this Pretty Muddy challenge! Donations big or small would be hugely appreciated. I'm doing this for all humans, especially my grandparents.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
