Beautiful Jaki❤️?
My Story
Sadly we received the news on the 17th March 2017 that Jaki had cancer and on the 19th March she unfortunately passed away. This was a shock to the whole family as we did not recognise any signs. They could not go forward with any treatment as it had already deteriorated too quickly. It deteriorated from her breast to her spine,liver and lungs. She was a fighter til the very end. I knew Jaki for 13 years and she was an amazing, kind and loving person. I've never met anyone like her. She was passionate about everything she believed in and cared massively for everyone. I lived with her for 3 years and she always made me feel like I was her daughter and I was loved massively. She had a big heart and would help anyone in a heart beat. She had the most gorgeous smile and you could see the love in her eyes. She was perfect in every way. I love her millions and miss her more each day?❤️
