My awesomely brave sister, Kerry Burton, and her family Shaun, Lucy and James. xx
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. There are 2 reasons for us doing this race. One is to remember my father-in-law, Geoff who died of cancer some years ago, and secondly my sister, Kerry who is still battling, As some of you will know my little sister has been battling cancer for almost as long as Stanley has been on this earth, that's 9 years! She is so brave and strong and Stanley and I would like to show our support by participating in the Race for Life in Rugby this year, and Colin will be cheering us on from the sidelines. Why Rugby? Well Kerry lives there, and she has been asked to start the race with the Mayor! If you would like to support the great work of Cancer Research UK then you can do so by donating on my page. All donations welcome, no matter how small. It is all on a good cause; beating cancer. Thank you.
