Alexandra takes on Sweatember
This September, I’m taking on Sweatember for Cancer Research UK. For this challenge, I'm going to be doing exercise every day. The rule I've set myself is for the exercise to count, I have to do 30 minutes as a minimum, and if I do a walk, I also have to reach 10,000 steps.
