10 more days of sweating!!!

I had to take it a bit easier last few days as I injured myself on Sunday but still managed to do some exercises at home and pilates last night. Hoping to jump on cross trainer for a little bit after little monkey goes to bed.

So for the last 5 days I did the following:
- 2 HIIT classes
- Yoga
- Walk/jog 2.5K up and down hills whilst carrying a 3 year old on my shoulders (80% of the time!)
- First session at a running club

Today I am trying Pilates and really looking forward to the stretching as I think my muscles really need it!!!!
