Mum and Dad
My Story
This year would have been my parents 44th wedding anniversary. They both died from cancer, my Dad from a brain tumour in 1994 and my Mum in 2020 from lung cancer caused by asbestos. Walking 10km isn't a long way but this is something that I can do to remember my parents and help tackle cancer. Any support that you can give me would be really appreciated.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
