I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer

In memory of

My Dad Jimmy & all those who are fighting the fight.

09 Sep 1953 - 12 Aug 2009

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives.

I lost my wonderful dad, Jimmy, at the young age of 56 in August 2009 to a brain tumor. I miss him everyday so anything I can do to help prevent anyone else experiencing the pain and loss of a parent, relative or friend will hopefully help.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
