Aimee-Rose's Race for Life

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. We appreciate it can be a bore getting endless requests for money for so many good causes and I completely understand, and won't hold it against you, if you delete this on receipt. But for those of you who are still reading, my family has been massively affected by cancer in the last two years as has many of yours. (And in the past for my Uncle who sadly did not win his fight). The wonderful care my grandpa has received has saved his life and has been a blessing to us and I am in awe of the amount of research and care are needed to help each cancer victim. For those of you who know how much I love my sofa you will know that it is no small thing for me to get off my bum and run 5 kilometers - the furthest I have run before is about 5 yards to the vodka bottle. So I am asking you to maybe give even a small donation to help keep Cancer Research continue to save lives - who knows when one of us will benefit from their great work and amazing fight against this terrible curse?
