The Miss Great Britain Organisation have raised over £100,000 for Cancer Research UK since 2015, not only this, they have spread vital awareness on different cancer types and been advocates for screening. Together we are funding life saving research and helping women and men across the UK be even more cancer aware. We thank you for your vital support in our mission to keep families together for longer. I will be Running the 10K Race For Life in Glasgow to raise funds and awareness for cancer research. Cancer has unfortunately effected many loved ones and it is so important for continual research.
CAUSE
Breast cancer
With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
