Ailey's Race for Life

We're doing this for Dad. Last year, on May the 4th (2019), cancer took away an important member of our family. Today marks the day when he first found out that what he thought was a lingering cold may be something more serious.... and it was. 8 weeks after his first doctors appointment, he very sadly passed away. Hoping to raise some money, even if it's a small amount, to help other families not go through what we did....even if it is just to give them a bit more time together. Not only are we doing it for this reason, it's hopefully going to give us the motivation (Ailey) to achieve what some never thought possible, running a 10k. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
