My Story
Something that I've wanted to do for some time and I've finally signed up! Whilst no stranger to the gym, I am not one for cardio and so whilst 3km is not much for some, it is going to be a challenge for me with my dodgy knees, ankles, etc! My wife is joining me to drag me along when I start fatiguing! Cancer has unfortunately affected me and my family greatly, most significantly taking my mum at only age 44 - far too young, so anything I can raise to support the research is important to me, any donation, however small, is greatly appreciated.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
