My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m doing 100 push-ups a day throughout April to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. My wife Claire was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer in the summer of 2022. At the time it was a great comfort to hear her Gynaecologic Oncologist say this would all be a bad memory by Christmas 2022. They were right. Claire's treatment was successful thanks to massive medical skill, extensive training, years of experience, thousands of successes and failures too but probably most of all by the level of research and development of successful Cancer treatments and strategies. In one of the apparently richest countries in the world it is perhaps wrong that we need to reach out to everyone and anyone that can help. Unfortunately cancer is not going to cure itself, so it's down to the clinicians, the patients, the research teams and most of all You to help beat Cancer. So please give what you can so that more people, young and old, can have a successful Cancer outcome like Claire.

CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
