My Dad unexpectedly passed away last year with cancer. It was only in the space of a few days was he diagnosed did he then pass. Due to cancer, my Dad has left us way too early in his life and is something nobody can prepare you for. Cancer is a disease you know is harsh and unforgiving but it hits that much harder when it takes a love one away. My Dad was a brilliant guy, loving, caring and was forever a grafter. In honor and memory of my Dad I am running the Manchester Marathon to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and remember to check back in to see how I'm getting on with my training.
