Acoustic Vibes Fundraiser

Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Cancer seems to be affecting us all lately in one way or another and has no discrepencies of age/race or creed! As many of you know my mum has currently been battling lung cancer for the last 2 years. I have countless other friends and family who have been affected by this cruel disease. It is not only the person suffering with the disease but also their friends and family who go through it too and it's only by acting together that I feel we can truly make a difference. Someone, somewhere has the key to change this world by stopping cancer in it's tracks. I'd love to fundraise as much as possible to donate to this worthy cause and will not only have this fundraising page ongoing but will be holding a charity fundraising evening at the Escrick & Deighton Social Club on Saturday 7th March 2020, with various fundraising games and ideas and also providing Live Entertainment with my good friend Jimmy Greenall in our duo: Acoustic Vibes. Thanks to Dawn at Escrick Social Club there as some absolutely fantastic raffle prizes to be won on the evening. Here are some to name a few already: Spa day for 2 at The Parsonage Hotel & Spa in Escrick Meal Vouchers from Lyngarth House in Escrick Food Hamper from Lodge Cottage Farm Shop near Crockey Hill Hair Products from Beautique Salon in Escrick 18 Holes of Golf for 2 at Swallow Hall in Wheldrake 2 Bottles of Wine from York Wines Meal for 2 at Garden of India in York Meal Vouchers from Burro Italian in Riccall Dawn is also putting together a wheel barrow of various bottle from ketchup to wine, from shampoo to perfume, and the whole barrow will be up for raffle. If anyone has any bottles they could kindly donate for this please drop off at Escrick and Deighton Social Club for the atttention of Dawn. Jayne Knowles has also kindly offered to promote our wonderful event on York Radio! Tickets are extremely limited, so please get in touch early if you'd like to come along. Everything we take/make at this event will be donated to Cancer Research!
