My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page! I am a finalist in Miss Bariatric Pageant, taking place in Surrey on the 26th September 2026! I had weightloss surgery on the 22nd September 2022, and since my Gastric Bypass - i have gone on to lose around 11 stone! Not only are my joints no longer screaming, but my confidence is now sky high. I am taking part in Miss Bariatric to show off my journey, prove to my baby daughter in the future that its good to push yourself out your comfort zone, and empower myself and my other competitors as we share the stage together. Cancer has affect everyone in some way or another - i have had family members both past & present who have had cancer and some who are still currently fighting their battle, and some who have had a scare. My main inspiration is my beautiful sister in law's mum, Tracy - who we sadly lost in Feb 2026. Tracy was an incredible woman, a huge smile that would light up a room - and a perfect nanny to her grandchildren. This is for you Tracy - we love you and we miss you x
