I’m raising money to support my Grandfather
My Story
There's around 1,000 new cases of cancer per day in the UK. One of those thousand people finding out they have cancer on the 5th February was my Grandfather Raymond. YES the family have bound together like a group of SAS soldiers, YES the nurses and doctors from the NHS have been amazing in their support, YES his chances are good, YES he is taking every step with the most positive outlook possible. NO there is not a cure. But hopefully we can change that. I am running the 2021 Brighton Marathon to help raise money for Cancer Research to help find a cure. So one day that no can become a yes. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
