Cancer has not affected me personally but I have experienced having relatives with it. I want to raise money because several people in my life have lost their battles and this is how I can help by helping other families not have to go through the same issue. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
