My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Three years ago I lost my uncle whom battled cancer for four years, in addition, I lost my sister. We all have family members who have had the scare, been diagnosed or even passed away. There is no doubt that we all wish the horrid illness will just disappear but it can not be done with out clinical research in which needs funding. Running race for life is not only just for the cause it is also a big deal for me as I have not ran since year 10 cross country and will be a big challenge for me to run without passing out...
