My Story
So it all went a bit 'Pink Thong' last year (but I still managed to raise £390 for Cancer Research so many, many thanks to all those who have already donated). I'm starting with a clean sheet this year so feel free to donate again, you know it's all for an excellent cause. And of course, on the longest day of the year, I shall be riding from Lands End all the way to John O'Groats on a Kawasaki ER5 in one hit! No overnight stops, no luxury B&B's halfway up; just a solid 22+ hours and nearly 1000 miles in the saddle. On a bike that is long past it's 'Best Before' date (and for that matter, so is the rider!). Dig deep people, dig deep!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
