My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. I am participating in a golf challenge on 5th August 2019 as part of a 4 person team in an attempt to play 72 holes, on 4 course in 1 day! I will be doing it in honour of John Thow a great friend, golf partner and work colleague who sadly lost his brave battle with cancer last year. It is therefore fitting that this event combines his love of golf and one round on his favourite course where we shared many memorable moments. If you are able to contribute anything to this fundraiser it would be greatly appreciated- all donations welcome.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
