I’m raising as much as I can to help beat cancer
In memory of
Steve Whitaker
I decided to enter for a place in the 2018 London Marathon last year after Steve Whitaker, my best friends husband, father of Emma and Joe and great friend to so many, was diagnosed with lung cancer. When I told him I was going to do this he just smiled and said 'you're ...... mad!' he added another word and those of you who know him well will be able to fill in the blank. Steve's cancer was aggressive and he very sadly passed away in June 2017. He has left a huge void in the hearts and lives of everyone who knew and loved him. We miss you Steve xx This is my attempt to try and do my tiny bit to raise money for the research that brings new drugs to people with cancer and I would appreciate any donation no matter how big or small. With your help I'm hoping to raise over £2,000. Please don't forget the Gift Aid :) Thank you so much in advance for supporting me.
