My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Like many others, cancer has had a profound impact on my life, causing pain, anguish and taking away loved ones and friends too soon. But as painful as the loss of loved ones is, the balance is turning and being able to come through treatment and hear the phrase "all clear" is so uplifting and something that we can hear more and more. Like all diseases, I firmly believe not only that the cure is out there but that we are closer to it than we ever have been. Please donate as generously as you can to further the amazing work of researchers and scientists so that we can at last declare victory! In the last 50 years, Cancer Research UK’s work has helped double cancer survival in the UK. But we need to go further, faster.
