My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I am going to be committing to 10,000 steps everyday, come rain or shine to raise money for cancer in March. I will be walking in memory of my Grandad, Stuart Carr. He passed away in May 2019 and not a day goes by where I don’t miss him or think about him, I want to raise money for cancer research to try and avoid other families having to lose a love one like we did.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
