In memory of
Mr Stewart Ollis
Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. I am Jay Empson, a primary 7 pupil at Tulliallan Primary School. On the 29th May 2020 i will be running 13 miles to raise money for Cancer Research UK in memory of my Primary 5 teacher Mr Ollis who sadly passed away in 2019. I was deeply saddened and upset on hearing this news. Mr Ollis was a teacher who was highly respected and thought of by pupils, staff and parents. He was a teacher who I had a good relationship with and enjoyed his outdoor learning. I asked my parents if I could help to raise money in his memory and to raise awareness and help Cancer Research. Mr Ollis very seldom called me Jay, it was mostly "Champ". So, on the 29th May, I am going out to be his Champ once again and hope everyone can help and support me raise money for a great cause. A huge thank you to Mrs Gow (headteacher) and also to Mrs Bain (teacher )and my uncle Darren who have been my running mentors the past few years, it wouldn't be possible without you and lastly Mrs Ollis and family for agreeing to me running in Mr Ollis memory, it means so much to me. Thank you.
