My Story
Diane Elizabeth Collins (née Barnes) was born on 21 September 1949 and died peacefully on 1 October 2023. She was the darling wife of Fearghal, beloved mother to Damian and Sean and adored grandmother of Tabitha, Ben, Claudia, Albie and Hugo. Like so many people with cancer, Diane received excellent support, particularly from the nursing team at the care home where she spent her final weeks. However, we all wish that the time will come when everyone with cancer can be successfully treated. For this reason, we are asking that no flowers be sent. Instead, people who would like to make a donation to Cancer Research UK in her memory can do so here.
