My Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. I have got together my team who will be running a 5 km baton relay from Wolverhampton to Oakengates in Telford as a team member of ours has been battling breast cancer for 18 months now and still has a way to go. Cancer is happening right now and I’m sure it’s touched you all in some way or another, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! CAUSE

Breast cancer

With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
